One workshop.
Four domains.
RichesPalace is an independent collective building intelligent systems — in markets, in machines, in logistics and in commerce. Each venture runs as its own department with its own name, and they all share one engineering discipline.
The group
A workshop.
RichesPalace was started as an alternative to waiting for permission — a place to build real systems rather than apply for the chance to. It runs as a collective of associated ventures, each with its own name, its own market and its own roadmap.
What holds them together isn’t a sector. It’s a method. Every venture here is a system that has to make a decision — when to enter a trade, when a machine needs servicing, which route a rider takes, what a shop should restock. Different domains, one problem shape.
Everything on this page is being built in the open, and the stage of each venture is stated plainly rather than dressed up.
- Precision over speed Systems that touch money or machinery are built to be auditable first and impressive second.
- Iterative, never one-shot Each venture ships a narrow working version, gets it in front of real users, and grows from what they actually ask for.
- Built for the ground it runs on Software is designed around how people in the market really operate — the connection they have, the language they use, the way they already get paid.

Four departments, four markets.
Listed by how far along each one is, not by how important it is.
RichesPalace Business Suite
V1 builtCommerce · Tanzania first
The business operating system for sellers who trade through WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. Orders, inventory, real profit after costs, payment reconciliation across mobile money, and delivery — in one place, on a phone. Built fashion-first, in Kiswahili and English.
TiQH
In developmentTwancko Intelligent Quant Hive · Quantitative finance
The group’s quantitative research arm, building machine-learning tooling for currency and metals markets. The current system combines LSTM and CNN feature models, gradient boosting and a soft actor-critic reinforcement learning agent, running against MetaTrader 5. This is research and tooling — not a signal service, and not an offer of any kind.
iMechSpace
In developmentIntelligent Mechatron Space · Mechatronics
The hardware side of the group: mechatronic systems, industrial automation, connected sensing and predictive maintenance. Where TiQH asks a model to make a decision about a market, iMechSpace asks it to make one about a machine — the same discipline pointed at physical equipment.
Guta App
In developmentLogistics · Last-mile delivery
A delivery platform connecting riders, senders and receivers. Guta is the group’s logistics venture and stands on its own: a parcel, a rider, a route and a payment — priced, tracked and settled, whoever the sender happens to be.
How we build
A trading model and a delivery app are the same problem wearing different clothes.
Both take messy real-world signal, decide something under uncertainty, and have to be trusted with something that matters. That’s why these ventures sit under one roof instead of four.
Used in TiQH · iMechSpace
Models that decide
Reinforcement learning, sequence models and gradient boosting — applied to markets, machines and routes rather than left as demos.
Used in TiQH · Business Suite
Systems that hold up
Clean state handling, graceful shutdown, auditable logs. The unglamorous engineering that decides whether a system can be left running.
Used in Business Suite · iMechSpace
Interfaces people trust
One design system across the group, built so the numbers people act on are legible on a cheap phone in daylight.
Used in Guta · Business Suite
Built where it’s used
Payment rails, languages and connectivity are treated as design constraints from the first commit, not localisation added at the end.
